The rosca de Pascua traces its roots to traditional Spanish Easter breads, originally shaped as a crown to symbolize the crown of thorns and new life in spring. In Argentina, this classic was transformed into a sweet brioche style bread as we know it today.

Made with a meticulous 3-day preparation process, our Roscas de Pascua are carefully fermented, shaped, and baked to order. Each loaf is packed and shipped on the same day to ensure peak freshness, flavor, and texture.

Warm medialunas on your Easter table
Alongside the medialunas, you will receive a sealed bag with syrup and baking instructions.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven). Glaze with the syrup after baking.
STORAGE
You can keep our medialunas in the freezer up to 3 months.

Flour, butter, milk, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, honey, chocolate, walnuts, almonds, pistachio, nougatine, yeast, orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla, azahar water and salt.
Alfajores:
- Classic dulce de leche & dark chocolate:
Flour, dulce de leche (full fat milk 61%, sugar, skimmed milk powder, glucose, agar-agar), butter, icing sugar, eggs, cornstarch, cacao, honey, dark chocolate, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor)baking powder, baking soda, orange zest, salt and food colouring.
- Dulce de leche, walnuts & white chocolate

Storage
Rosca de pascuas:
Keep sealed in the original bag until ready to consume. Best before 5 days from the production date (see underside of package).
We bake every rosca to order. This means your rosca is baked on the date you choose in the calendar, just before we ship it to you.
Alfajores:
Keep in the original box until ready to consume. Best before 2 weeks from the moment you receive them.
All Easter alfajores will be produced during Easter week, guaranteeing that you receive the product in its freshest version.
Bake off medialunas:
You can keep our medialunas in the freezer up to 3 months.
