How are packages delivered?

Packages are delivered with DHL or Trunkrs. You receive a track and trace code after your package has been processed by the logistics company. 

NOTE: due to busy times at the logistics companies it can take a while before you receive your track and trace code. Unfortunately we cannot speed up this process. 

Delivery times

• We deliver from Tuesday - Friday (all Netherlands)

• We deliver from Tuesday - Saturday (Amsterdam only)

• You can pick-up your order from Tuesday - Saturday (10:00-14:00)

• Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 and weekends will be sent fresh on Tuesday.

Can my order be delivered another day?
