How are packages delivered?

Packages are delivered with Trunkrs and Peddler. You receive a track and trace code after your package has been processed by the logistics company. 

Delivery times

- We deliver from Tuesday - Friday (all Netherlands)

- Extra delivery day: Saturday (Amsterdam only)

- You can pick-up your order from Tuesday till Saturday (10:00-14:00)

Can my order be delivered another day?

Yes! When you check-out your order on our website, you can pick a day of delivery. Please note the disclaimer below. Unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that the logistics company will bring your order on the exact day as was chosen.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER? WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Occasionally, packages may experience delays and not arrive within the expected timeframe. While these situations are rare, factors outside of our control can impact the logistics process. It can happen that one order does not arrive on time. This is exceptional, luckily. In case of delays longer than 3 days, or if you receive a product that is not good for consumption, contact us and we will send the order again or try to find another suitable solution. 

If any of your products arrived differently than advertised, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
